For over two decades, Steven has served as Corporate General Counsel for Nikki Beach, a global, multifaceted luxury lifestyle brand with locations in some of the world’s most sought-after destinations, including St. Tropez, St. Barts, Monaco, Koh Samui, Mallorca, Ibiza, Marrakech, and Dubai. He represents Nikki Beach in all aspects of law, including, but not limited to, litigation, intellectual property, commercial transactions, labor and employment law, and immigration.
Prior to joining Nikki Beach, Steven was a partner at The Ferraro Law Firm, P.A., one of the nation’s top five asbestos and mesothelioma law firms, where he focused on personal injury cases. He also served as a partner at the insurance defense firm Pyszka, Douberley, Blackmon, Levy & Savola.
Steven is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and the Dade County Bar Association and has been licensed to practice law for more than 30 years, primarily as a litigator. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Martindale-Hubbell has awarded him its highest peer review rating for professional ability and ethical standards. In 2007, he was recognized by Florida Super Lawyers as an outstanding lawyer for achieving a high degree of peer recognition and professional accomplishment.
Steven earned his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees, cum laude, from the University of Miami. He is a past president of the Association of Corporate Counsel, South Florida Chapter.
