Olga V. Tua serves as Vice President of People & Culture at Easterseals South Florida, bringing more than 15 years of executive human resources leadership across healthcare, financial services, hospitality, and professional employer organizations. She is responsible for leading the organization's people strategy, cultivating a high-performing workplace culture, and overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, payroll, and organizational development.
Throughout her career, Olga has partnered closely with executive leadership and Boards of Directors to build scalable human capital strategies that drive organizational growth and operational excellence. She has successfully led enterprise-wide human resources (HR) transformations, implemented modern HR technology platforms, strengthened compliance frameworks, and developed workforce initiatives that enhance both employee engagement and business performance. Her expertise spans multi-state and global organizations, where she has overseen complex HR operations supporting workforces ranging from hundreds to more than 20,000 employees.
Prior to joining ESSF, Olga held executive leadership positions with El Dorado Furniture, Turnberry Associates, AlphaStaff, Avis Budget Group, and Citi Latin America. She has extensive experience ranging from leading organizational change to advising executive teams on workforce planning and risk management. Known for combining strategic vision with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style, Olga is passionate about creating workplace environments where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Olga holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's in Public Communications and Public Relations. She is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner, Mental Health First Aid Certified, and was recognized as a 2021 Honoree for Excellence in Human Resources. Olga is also a part-time university professor, helping shape the future by preparing the next generation of community leaders to lead with purpose and impact.
