Lisa is President and Co-Founder of rbb Communications, an integrated communications agency ranked among the nation’s top 50 firms. She also serves as Managing Partner of SpiderBoost Communications, a digital marketing agency within rbb’s family of brands. An experienced marketer, Lisa has spent more than 25 years developing breakout brands. She oversees new client relationships for rbb, as well as the firm’s Hospitality and Digital practices.
Lisa has advised a wide range of consumer and B2B organizations, including Apple Leisure Group, AMResorts, Hilton, Invicta Stores, Primrose Schools, Norwegian Cruise Line, United Airlines, Virgin Voyages, and Zumba Fitness, helping them embrace marketing strategies that foster innovation, authentic communication, and stronger emotional connections with clients and customers. She inspires companies to build brand loyalty that drives increased sales and market share.
Under her leadership, rbb has won every major industry communications award and has been named “Agency of the Year” four times in the past decade, including recognition on Forbes’ Top 100 U.S. PR Firms list and as “Digital Agency of the Year.” Lisa’s creativity and entrepreneurial spirit have earned her recognition in Who’s Who in Communications, Enterprising Women’s Top 100 Female Executives, and the South Florida Business Journal’s Most Influential Business Women. She has also been named one of the Top 25 Minds in Hospitality Sales & Marketing.
Lisa is active in advancing industry standards and serving her community. She recently served on the board of PROI, the world’s largest global communications agency partnership, and as Americas Co-Chair. She is a former Chair and board member of The Strategic Forum and previously served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami. Lisa is also a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization and HSMAI’s Marketing Advisory Council and frequently serves as a judge for industry awards programs.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from New York University. She completed Columbia University’s Executive Education Leadership Program and several additional management courses. She resides in Aventura, Florida, with her two sons.
