Jodilia is a Managing Director and Lead Business Partner in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Risk & Financial Advisory practice, with over 15 years of experience in governance, processes, systems, and internal controls. She serves Fortune 100 clients across the Consumer Products, Travel, Hospitality & Leisure, and Energy & Resources – Power & Utilities industries.
Jodilia leads internal audit co-sourcing engagements, internal control readiness assessments for system implementations, ESG initiatives, IPOs, and acquisitions. She also drives controls rationalization, segregation of duties, optimization reviews, enterprise resilience evaluations, NIST cybersecurity assessments, IT and business process controls reviews, and enterprise risk management. She has deep expertise with Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Solomon, mainframe applications, RACF Security, UNIX, Windows, Oracle Database, and DB2 Database.
Beyond client service, Jodilia leads Deloitte’s Florida/Puerto Rico Risk & Financial Advisory practice, promotes local diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and mentors professionals through the Career Catalyst Program. She is highly active in the community, leading firm events for Step-Up, Habitat for Humanity, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, American Heart Association, Dress for Success, Camillus House, and Easterseals.
Jodilia holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Decision & Information Sciences (Systems) from the University of Florida. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a member of both the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).
