Jean is the Global Commercial Banking Healthcare, Education, Not-for-Profit, and ESG Executive for Bank of America. In this role, she leads national teams focused on serving clients with a broad range of industry-specific solutions, including core credit and treasury management, and works closely with internal partners to provide leasing, retirement capabilities, and other capital-raising products.
Most importantly, Jean’s team delivers deep financial expertise tailored to the unique needs of each industry. She also leads Global Commercial Banking’s ESG efforts, assisting clients in their transition to a low-carbon economy, supporting sustainable business activities, and engaging communities and clients in advancing economic and social progress. Jean has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry and has held a variety of executive and management positions at Bank of America.
Prior to her current role, Jean served as Market Executive for the Global Commercial Banking team covering the southern half of Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and is a FINRA Registered Principal, holding Series 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses.
A Miami native, Jean has been actively involved with numerous community and professional organizations throughout her career. She is deeply passionate about supporting society’s most vulnerable populations—children and the elderly—and previously served as Chair of the Board of Easterseals South Florida. Jean is married, has two grown children, and is based in Miami, Florida.
