Craig Applebaum, Esq.

Craig Applebaum is an experienced litigating attorney in complex commercial, class action, insurance, wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, and unlawful termination. Craig has successfully briefed state appellate courts, federal appellate courts, and the Florida Supreme Court. In total, Craig has helped clients recover hundreds of millions of dollars with his vast knowledge and experience. Craig worked as an associate general counsel for a publicly traded company until clerking for the complex business litigation division in Miami for the Honorable John Thornton Jr. Since that time, he has worked and expanded his areas of expertise into class action, complex commercial litigation, and insurance at a boutique firm in Coral Gables. He then spent went on to become the General Counsel and Senior Vice President for an insurance services company focused on helping Insureds recover.  Now, Craig manages his law firm and excels at helping his clients achieve favorable results in complex business, neighboring construction, insurance, catastrophic personal injury, and employee disputes. Craig graduated from Florida State University and University Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar.
