Christine Sainvil is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 20 years of experience in social work, program development, grants management, and services for children and families. She currently serves as Interim Director of Adult Day Services at Easterseals South Florida, where she brings more than 15 years of organizational leadership and a deep commitment to advancing programs that empower individuals with disabilities and their families.
Since joining ESSF in 2011, Christine has held several leadership roles, including Director of Therapy Services and Program Development. In these positions, she has overseen pediatric therapy services, managed multidisciplinary teams, developed innovative programs, secured grant funding, and led strategic initiatives that have expanded access to critical services. She has also played a key role in strengthening program quality through data-driven outcomes, staff development, and collaborative partnerships with funders, community organizations, and families.
Throughout her career, Christine has demonstrated expertise in program administration, grant writing, strategic planning, and organizational development. She has successfully secured and managed more than $1 million annually in grant funding, developed new programs to address community needs, and provided leadership in quality improvement, compliance, and service delivery. Her collaborative leadership style, commitment to innovation, and passion for serving vulnerable populations have made a lasting impact across the organization.
Christine holds a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University and bachelor's degrees in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Tulane University. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is dedicated to fostering inclusive, person-centered programs that enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities while supporting their families and strengthening the communities ESSF serves.
