Alicia Gonzalez-Monrabal

Alicia is an Executive Director with the Community Impact team at JPMorgan Chase, where she leads Racial Equity commitments across Miami, Atlanta, New Orleans, and Detroit. She has dedicated 36 years of service to JPMorgan Chase.

Prior to her current role, Alicia spent most of her career in the Consumer Banking Retail Branch network, holding several leadership positions. In her current role on the Community Impact team, she works closely with Market Leadership to localize financial resources and help close the wealth gap that exists in our communities.

Alicia is passionate about helping communities thrive financially and build generational wealth by increasing understanding of available financial resources and activating and implementing solutions that support a strong and sustainable financial journey. She is based in Miami, Florida, and is a member of the South Florida Market Leadership Team, as well as several Business Resource Groups and nonprofit organizations.
