Vocational Services Programs
Community Employment Services Direct Placement for people with disabilities.
Supported Employment Phase I Placement and training for people with developmental disabilities who need ongoing support and services to find and maintain employment.
Supported Employment Phase II Ongoing support and services for people with developmental disabilities who complete Phase I of the program. The delivery of services makes use of job coaches who ensure employment retention.
Supported Living Provides developmentally disabled people the opportunity to live in the community with assistance of a living coach who provides living and life skill training.
Supported Employment Phase I and Phase II supported employment services for visually impaired developmentally disabled people.
Supported Employment -- Miami-Dade County Public Schools Contracted job coach services for developmentally disabled students enrolled in supported employment as part of their curriculum. These students transition into the Easter Seals Adult Supported Employment Program when they graduate from high school.
Stay In School Program -- Miami-Dade County Public Schools Provides an array of services to students who are at risk of dropping out of school. Summer jobs are also provided.
Stay In School -- Juvenile Justice System Offers an array of services to students who are involved with the Juvenile Justice System.
Culinary Arts Training Provides disabled youth with hands on training in culinary arts. Students are placed in training related jobs upon graduation. Students then transition into Easter Seals Adult Vocational Programs.
Federal Services Provides paid employment for students in culinary arts preparing box lunches for the Miami Military Processing Station.
