The Easter Seals Culinary Arts High School offers an outstanding academic program with instruction by certified exceptional student education teachers. Special strategies designed to help students achieve success in the classroom environment are utilized. The program utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis techniques proven effective for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
Systematic instruction and real world vocational opportunities enable students to develop a variety of skills leading to gainful employment. Students play an active role in developing a portfolio which demonstrates their growing repertoire of Culinary Arts skills.
