Jodilia Vasanji is a Managing Director and Lead Business Partner in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Risk & Financial Advisory practice, with over 15 years of experience in governance, processes, systems and internal controls serving Fortune 100 companies within the Consumer Products, Travel Hospitality and Leisure and Energy & Resources – Power & Utilities industries among others. Through her trusted relationships leads several internal audit co-sourcing engagements; internal control readiness assessments related to system implementations, ESG assistance, IPOs and acquisitions; controls rationalization, segregation of duties, and optimization reviews; enterprise resilience reviews, NIST cyber security assessments, general IT and business process and controls reviews; and enterprise risk management. She has specific knowledge of Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Solomon, Mainframe applications, RACF Security, UNIX, Windows, Oracle Database and DB2 Database. In addition to her client service leadership roles, Jodilia leads the Florida / Puerto Rico: Risk and Financial Advisory practice, leads local diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and has a passion for coaching and mentoring professionals in her lead role within the Career Catalyst Program. Jodilia is extremely active in the community and has led firm events that encourage professionals to particpate in Step-Up, Habitat for Humanity, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, American Heart Associaton, Dress for Success, Camillus House (homeless shelter) events, Easter Seals etc. Jodilia is a proud member of the Board of Directors of Easter Seals South Florida, where she chairs the Technology Committee.
